Dealing with Jealousy. Vol. 1

We will look at how you can deal with jealousy and live a fulfilled life. You can see that jealousy can put you in trouble. It made Cain to be a murderer. Many nice people have ruined their lives because of one minute of uncontrolled rage caused by jealousy. Remember that no matter what the nature of the problem is, the first point of call is to recognise and acknowledged that you have the problem in the first instance.

Identify what is causing the jealousy. If you are experiencing feelings of jealousy, take a minute to evaluate the situation and identify what it is that is making you jealous. Ask yourself why it is making you jealous. Knowing why you are jealous instead of just identifying what is making you jealous can help you to understand better, where those feelings come from and how to deal with them. Understanding is very important. When you understand it means you have an idea on what the root is and you are able to deal with the root and not the shoot.
